Self-Inking Stamps
Self-inking stamps are the most commonly used stamp models, mainly because they are easy to use. The stamps have an inbuilt ink pad which means you do not have to use a separate stamp pad. Self-inking stamps are ideal for high volume stamping. The stamps are available in sizes with a print area ranging from 10x10mm up to 36x75mm. The ink colour choices are black, red, blue, green or violet. Replacement ink pads are available when the ink runs out. If the details on your stamp changes, you do not need to purchase a complete new stamp, we can simply make a new rubber text plate to fix onto your existing stamp model.
The self-inking stamp will give you thousands of stamp impressions before needing to replace the ink pad. A simple, no mess solution to your stamping needs.
Pre-Inked Stamps
We have pre-inked stamps available for larger size images that do not fit onto a self-inking stamp. The technology of a pre-inked stamp is different to a self-inking stamp but the result is just as good. Our pre-inked stamps are available in sizes with a print area ranging from 20x96mm to 68x96mm. The stamp plate has microscopic ink cells to hold enough ink for thousands of impressions. The pre-inked stamp can be re-inked and is available in black, red, blue, green or violet ink colours.
Conventional Stamps
The Conventional Stamp is the traditional hand stamp that is used with a separate stamp pad. It is the least expensive of all the stamp models but just as good in quality. Conventional stamps can be made in sizes from 10x10mm up to very large. However, for practical use, sizes over 100x100mm are not recommended. The rubber used for the conventional stamp is the same as the rubber used on the self-inking stamps to give you a clear, crisp stamped image. The conventional stamp is ideal for low volume stamping or for stamping with specialty inks.
Common Seals
Commons seals are available in Self-Inking or Conventional models. We also have a folding common seal that comes with a plastic holder that can be filed in a flat or lever arch file. The conventional model is the most commonly used common seal because of the infrequent use. Where space saving is important, then the folding stamp is the best choice, particularly for solicitors, accountants and strata managers. The standard sizes for common seals is 37mm diameter to 45mm diameter.
Dater Stamps
Dater stamps are available in both self-inking and conventional models. You can have your own text surrounding the date and the date is changeable manually. The dater stamp is a good time saving device for high volume stamping of documents. Our dater stamps are available in sizes with a print area ranging from 25x40mm up to 40x60mm. Ink colour choices for the self-inking dater stamps are black, red or blue. They are also available in two ink colours -blue text and red date.
Dater stamps are a must for every busy office.
Replacement Ink Pads for Self Inking Stamps
We stock most brands and sizes of replacmement ink pads for self-inking stamps. When your stamped image from your stamp starts getting faint, contact us with the model and number of the stamp for a replacement. Prices for replacement pads start at $4.50 each.
Stamp Pads
We carry a range of stamp pads to use with conventional stamp models. Four sizes are available ranging from 45x60mm up to 90x60mm. The ink colours of the smaller sizes are black, red, blue and un-inked. The ink colours of the larger sizes are black, red, blue, green, violet and un-inked. The ink is water-based and suitable for all absorbent surfaces.
Stamp Pad Inks
We carry a range of premium quality inks for your stamp pads. The inks are available in black, red blue, green and violet. The ink is water based being suitable for all absorbent surfaces.
