Pricing
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of GST.
Payment Options
Credit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. For your security, payments are processed through eWAY, a safe and trusted payment gateway.
Direct Bank Deposit: Bank account details will be shown during the checkout process. If you are ordering off-line, you will find the bank account details on the manual order form.
Delivery & Charges
We deliver Australia-wide by Australia Post for a flat rate of $9.00 for orders less than $70.00. For orders $70.00 and over there is no charge for delivery. Orders are mailed within 7 working days following order confirmation (subject to stock availability). Please allow for the time it takes for your order to travel from Sydney to your location.
Stock Availability
We do our best to ensure all products offered on our website are in stock. However, if an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you by email or phone for your instructions. This will give you the opportunity to select a substitute item or receive a refund.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order on-line, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the details carefully and email us immediately if there are any errors or discrepancies. Please also contact us if you do not receive the order confirmation by the next working day.
Off-line Orders
If you prefer to place your order off-line rather than using the on-line facility you are most welcome to do so. You can complete the manual Order Form and send it to us by mail or email. Phone orders are also welcome.
International Orders
Sorry, our products are available to puchase for delivery within Australia only. We do not ship outside of Australia.
