How to Order Your Custom Made Stamp

>  Download and print the Order Request Form, complete the details and return it by fax, email or post.

>  The Order Request Form can be used to place an order, request a quote and/or request a proof.

>  Quotes and proofs, if requested will be emailed or faxed to you within 24 hours.

>  Most orders will be despatched within 3 working days following order confirmation. Large or non-standard orders will take longer.

>  You can also phone to discuss your needs, or call into our shop at Concord West.

Payment
Payment for mail orders is to be made with your order. We accept all credit cards, cheques, money orders or direct bank deposits. Payment for orders to be collected from the shop can be made at the time of collection.

Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide. The delivery charge for orders less than $60.00 is $4.50. Delivery for orders $60.00 and over is free.  In most cases, orders are delivered by Australia Post, so please allow for the time it takes for your order to travel from Sydney to your location.

Stamp Specifications
Go to the Custom Stamp Menu to find information on stamp models, prices, sizes and guidelines. We will do the layout for you at no extra charge. However, the stamp will be made to your specifications, so the more information you can supply, the more accurate we can make your stamp.

Submitting Your Own Artwork
You can send your logo or artwork to be incorporated into your stamp. You can email your file, or mail a printed copy. Graphics need to be line drawings. Greyscale or colours cannot be reproduced on the stamp. File formats should be JPEG, GIF, EPS or CDR. Bitmap images should be in black & white or greyscale and saved at 300dpi. We prefer the file to be submitted as a PDF file.

Discounts
Discounts are available for multiples of the same stamp image or for large orders of stamps with different images. Please let us know your requirements and we will be happy to submit a quote

Guarantee
Our stamps are fully guaranteed. We will replace or refund your stamp if you are not satisfied with our workmanship.

GST
All prices stated on our website are inclusive of GST.

Caution
Stamps are normally used with water based inks that dry only by absorption. Therefore, they are not suitable for stamping on non-absorbent surfaces, such as glossy or coated paper, plastic, metal etc. Please contact us to discuss options.
