Refunds/Returns Policy
We take pride in supplying high quality products across our full range. If you are not satisfied with the quality or the workmanship of any of our products, we will gladly offer a replacement product or a refund. Claims should be made within 30 days following receipt of your order.
Registration
Registration is not required to make a purchase. However, if you choose to register as a customer you have access to additional benefits, including:
- Access to your account with Jemac Rubber Stamps
- Ability to view your order history
- Elimination of having to enter your delivery details every time you make an order
- Email notification of new products and specials we have on offer
Privacy Policy
We at Jemac Rubber Stamps respect your right to privacy. We collect only the information from you that is necessary to provide you with the customer service that you expect. This information includes your name, address, contact number(s) and information about the products you have ordered. All information you supply is kept confidential and secure. We do not provide your personal information to third parties. If you have any concerns or complaints about our privacy practices, please notify us at jstamps@bigpond.com
Copyright Information for our Craft Stamps
Most of our craft stamps are made from our own designs and are copyright to Jemac Rubber Stamps. Stamps that are not of our own design have been obtained and adapted from copyright-free sources. All stamps may be used to create craft projects by handstamping. Selling of your handstamped projects is permitted and you are not required to acknowledge Jemac Rubber Stamps on any of your handstamped projects. Reproduction of our stamp designs by any means other than handstamping (e.g. electronic, mechanical or digital reproduction) is not permitted.
Product Colour Charts
Many of the products are available in a range of colours (e.g. inkpads, markers etc.). Every care has been taken to reflect the true colours on the website but an exact match for all colours is not possible due to screen resolution differences.
International Orders
Sorry, we do not have an International on-line ordering facility. Our on-line shop is available for purchases within Australia only.
